第一屆博士論壇：聚焦食品藥品行業發展
由「國際潮籍博士聯合會」主辦、汕頭市人民政府承辦的國際潮籍博士論壇於僑博會期間舉行。是次論壇以「食 品藥品行業發展研討」為主題,邀請到美國紐約州立大學麻醉系主任醫師林軍、北京大學終身講席教授陳峰、香港大 學李嘉誠醫學院藥理及藥劑學系主任黃志基、廣州白雲山醫藥集團股份有限公司董事長李楚源作為主講嘉賓,與來自 海內外的50多名專家學者及潮籍博士、300餘位潮汕四市企業代表共同探討食品藥品行業發展的有關問題,共謀潮 汕食品醫藥產業發展大計。
除此,本次論壇還邀請了孫大文院士、曾毅院士、溫建民教授、汪建平教授、張漢揚教授等食品藥品領域專家分 享研究成果。與會代表紛紛表示,各位專家結合各自的研究和實踐,從不同角度充分發表了各自的見解,無論研發戰 略、行業規劃、現代技術的應用等,都為汕頭食品藥品企業走轉型升級之路注入了新的思維。
The Frist International Teochew Doctors Forum, which was hosted by ITDA and organized by Shantou Municipal People’s Government, was held during the period of Eastern Guangdong Overseas Chinese Doctors Convention. The Forum, with the theme of Discussion on the Development of Food and Drug Industries, invited Lin Jun, the chief physician of the Anesthesiology Department at the State University of New York, Chen Feng, the chair professor of Peking University, Wong Chi Kei, the director of Pharmacology and Pharmacy Department of Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, University of Hong Kong and Li Chuyuan, the chairman of Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings Co., Ltd., as the keynote speakers. They jointly discussed problems related to the development of food and drug industries and sought the common development plan of food and drug industries in Chaoshan region with over 50 Teochew experts, scholars and doctors at home and abroad, and over 300 enterprise representatives of the four cities in Chaoshan region.
In addition, this forum also invited Academician Sun Dawen, Academician Zeng Yi, Professor Wen Jianmin, Professor Wang Jianping, Professor Zhang Hanyang and other experts in the fields of food and drug to share the research achievements. Participants said that experts fully expressed their views from different angles, including research and developmentstrategy, industry planning, application of modern technology, and so on, which injected new thinking into Shantou food and drug enterprises to take the road of transformation and upgrading.

由國際潮籍博士聯合會主辦、深圳潮青會承辦的「第二屆國際潮籍博士論壇」,於2014年11月22日在深圳五洲賓館舉行。是次論壇以「寬頻網路下的大數據及移動互聯網應用模式」為題,邀請海內外移動互聯網、雲計算、電 子商務等領域的行業權威專家及教授、潮汕企業代表,與來自海內外的潮籍博士、業界專家學者、潮籍青年300多人, 探討與互聯網發展有關的商業應用。論壇後舉行了產學研對接會及商業投資研討會,將高端人才庫和智力成果轉化為服務企業的建設。
「第二屆國際潮籍博士論壇」由國際潮籍博士聯合會理事長、香港潮屬社團總會主席、普林斯頓大學博士陳幼南擔任主席;騰訊控股董事會主席、首席執行官馬化騰擔任榮譽主席;國際潮青聯合會會長、深圳潮青會主席趙利生, 中國工程院外籍院士、美國國家工程院院士汪正平,以及國際潮籍博士聯合會副理事長、北京大學教授/博導朱躍生擔任共同主席。原廣東省委副書記蔡東士,深圳市人大副主任蔣宇揚,汕頭市委常委秘書長張應傑等政府領導,珠江電影集團董事長黃曉東,嶺南大學校長鄭國漢,以及香港潮州商會會長張成雄、副會長林宣亮,國際潮團總會副主席 陳少榮、博士會名譽會長鄭漢明、副理事長林仕出席本次論壇。
The Second ITDA Forum, which was sponsored by ITDA and organized by Youth Chawnese Sodality of Shenzhen, was held in Wuzhou Hotel in Shenzhen on November 22, 2014. With the theme of Big Data and Mobile Internet Application Model under Broadband Network, the forum invited more than 300 people of authoritative experts, professors, and representatives of Teochew enterprises in mobile Internet, cloud computing, e-commerce and other fields, as well as Teochew doctors, experts, scholars and Teochew youths from home and abroad to discuss business applications related to the Internet development. After the forum, the industry- university-research matching conference and business investment seminar were held to transform the high-end talent pool and intellectual achievements into serving the enterprise construction.
Chan Yau Nam, Chairman of ITDA, Chairman of HKCCCO and a doctor of Princeton University, acted as Chairman of The Second International Teochew Doctors Forum. Ma Huateng, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Tencent Holdings took the post of the honorary chairman. Zhao Lisheng, Chairman of ITYF and Chairman of Youth Chawnese Sodality of Shenzhen, Wang Zhengping, foreign Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the academician of National Academy of Engineering, as well as Zhu Yuesheng, Vice Chairman of ITDA and Professor/Doctoral Supervisor of Peking University held the post of co-chairman. Attendance included government leaders such as former Deputy Secretary of Guangdong CPC Provincial Committee Cai Dongshi, Deputy Director of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress Jiang Yuyang, Secretary General of Shantou Municipal Standing Committee Zhang Yingjie and so on, President of Pearl River Film Group Huang Xiaodong, President of Lingnan University Cheng Kwok Hon, as well as Chairman of Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce Cheung Sing Hung, Vice Chairman Lin Xuanliang, Vice Chairman of Teochew International Federation Chen Shaorong, Honorary Chairman of ITDA Zheng Hanming, Vice Chairman Lin Shi.

2015年12月5日,由國際潮籍博士聯合會、清華大學中國與世界經濟研究中心聯合主辦,北京潮商會青委會承辦的第三屆國際潮籍博士論壇在北京光華路5號國際會議中心開幕,本屆論壇的主題是「中國經濟在世界經濟的角 色」。
出席論壇的領導及嘉賓有:中華全國歸國華僑聯合會副主席李卓彬,第十屆全國人大常委兼華僑委員會副主任, 致公黨中央原副主席王宋大,全國政協經濟委員會副主任、海關總署原副署長李克農,原資訊產業部副部長、北京源 人海外聯誼會會長楊賢足,中國國務院僑辦原副主任張偉超,中共廣東省委原副書記、廣東海外聯誼會會長蔡東士, 潮州市政府市長盧淳傑,汕頭市市委統戰部副部長陳爍煥,揭陽市政府副秘書長童生,汕尾市政府副秘書長王曉東等, 上午場論壇由清華大學中國與世界經濟研究中心主任李稻葵主持。主講嘉賓及議題分別是:約翰·B·泰勒(中國經濟在世界經濟上的角色:美國的觀點》、威廉·奧福爾霍特《世界經濟的演變及中國經濟在全球經濟的角色》鄭國漢《關於中國「一帶一路」倡議的幾個問題》。
下午場論壇則由嶺南大學校長、經濟學講座教授鄭國漢主持。主講嘉賓及議題分別是:大衛·瓦因斯《中國、二十國財政部長和中央銀行行長會議(G20)、及全球性領導:歐洲的觀點》、楊賢《中國發展故事——有何期望?》、黃益平《「一帶一路」政策及商機》、李稻葵《從中國角度看中國經濟在全球經濟的角色》。

The afternoon forum was presided over by Cheng Kwok Hon, President and Professor of Economics of Lingnan University. The speakers and topics were as follows: David Vines, China, Meeting of G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors, and Global Leadership. European View, Yang Xian, Story of China’s Development-Any Expectations?, Huang Yiping, Policy and Business Opportunity of “The Belt and Road”, and Li Daoku, the Role of the Chinese Economy in the World Economy from the Perspective of China.

第四屆博士論壇:智慧未來,機遇與挑戰
由國際潮籍博士聯合會、新加坡潮州八邑會館主辦,新加坡中文與東方語文諮詢處理學會協辦,猛獅科技贊助的「第四屆國際潮籍博士論壇」于9日,10日在新加坡隆重舉行。本屆論壇以“智慧未來:機遇與挑戰”為主題展開研討, 來自海內外的三百名行業專家和企業代表齊聚一堂,探討試下熱議的人工智慧等相關議題。
國際潮籍博士聯合會榮譽顧問、新加坡南洋理工大學高等研究所創所所長、新中友好協會會長、美國物理學會院士潘國駒教授指出,是次論壇以智慧未來作為主題,是順應時代潮流的表現,同時邀請行業權威專家、教授主講、深入剖析、獻策,並以此建構起該領域國內外合作及產業結合的橋樑,促進學者與企業的對接及成果轉化。他期望論壇 能給大家帶來啟示,推動人工智慧和科技的發展。

論壇共設六場專題演講及兩次互動環節,邀得六位業內重量級專家學者就各自研究領域作深入淺出的專題演講。分別為新加坡前外交部、貿工部、衛生部、新聞及藝術部部長、嘉裡物流主席楊榮文先生,新加坡國立大學亞洲競爭 力研究所所長陳企業博士,新加坡國立研究基金會總裁劉德成教授,2000年圖靈獎得主、清華大學交叉資訊研究院 院長姚期智教授、百度副總裁王海峰博士,新加坡科學館館長林直明博士,前海仁智資本創始人柯煒江先生。由潘國 駒教授擔任論壇主持。本屆論壇還推出《未來創業投資論壇》,以閉門項目提案活動的形式,讓參加論壇的初創團隊 和受邀的投資人進行專案提案路演,並邀請山東大學法學院院長、紐約大學法學院全球法學教授、倫敦政治經濟學院 博士沉偉教授進行法律診斷。

Professor Phua Kok Khoo, honorary consultant of ITDA, founding director of Institute of Advanced Study, Nanyang Polytechnic University, Singapore, president of Sino-Singapore Friendship Association and academician of the American Physical Society, pointed out that, the forum was themed on smart future, which conformed to the trend of the times. At the same time, authoritative experts and professors were invited to give lectures, in-depth analysis and suggestions. In this way, it can build a bridge between domestic with foreign cooperation and industrial integration in this field, and promote the docking of scholars with enterprises and the transformation of achievements. He expected the forum to inspire everyone and promote the development of Al and technology
Prof. Zhu Yuesheng, the Vice Chairman of our Association, the Deputy Dean of the School of Information Engineering, Peking University, and the Director of the Communication and Information Security Laboratory announced the establishment of the “Electronic Information Professional Working Committee of International Teochew Doctors Association at the forum.
The forum had a total of six keynote speeches and two interactive sessions. Six industry estimable experts and scholars were invited to make profound keynote speeches in simple language on their respective research areas. Mr. Yang Rongwen, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Department of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Public Information and Arts of Singapore, the Chairman of Kerry Logistics, Dr. Chen Qiye, the Director of the Asian Competitiveness Institute of National University of Singapore, and Professor Liu Decheng, the President of Singapore National Research Foundation, Professor Yao Qizhi, the Turing Award Winner 2000, the Dean of the Institute of Interdisciplinary Information Research at Tsinghua University. Dr. Wang Haifeng. Vice President of Baidu, Dr. Lin Zhiming, Director of the Singapore Science Center, and Mr. Ke Weijiang, former founder of R-Z Capital. The forum was chaired by Professor Phua Kok Khoo. This forum also launched the “Future Venture Capital Forum”, in the form of behind-the-scenes project proposal activities, to allow the startup teams and invited investors to participate in the forum for project proposal roadshows, and invited Professor Shen Wei the Dean of School of Law of Shandong University, the Professor of Global Law of School of Law of New York University, the doctor of London School of Economics and Political Science, to conduct the legal diagnosis.

The theme of the forum was “Nutrition Metabolism, Cancer and Health. More than 200 local and overseas experts and scholars from Auckland attended the forum.
